PUBLICATION OF VALENCE BORGIA’S ARTICLE ON THE NEW FRENCH THIRD-PARTY CONCILIATORS PLATFORM IN THE ARBITRATION JOURNAL OF THE RUSSIAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION

The Russian Arbitration Association published, in its Arbitration Journal No.9 which focuses on “Settlement in Arbitration”, Valence Borgia’s article entitled: “Third-Party Conciliation: France reacts to Covid-19 With A New Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism.”

In this article, Valence Borgia talks about the “Tiers Conciliateurs” or Third-Party Conciliators platform (https://tiers-conciliateurs.fr/) recently launched in France and which aims to assist companies in finding amicable solutions in order to limit disruption and maintain trust between business partners during the sanitary crisis.

Jeanne is graduated from University of Assas-Paris II with International Private Law master’s degree and holds a LL.M. in International Business Law from Sorbonne-Assas International Law School (Singapore). Prior to joining the firm, Jeanne worked for three years in an international law firm in London as associate in the litigation and arbitration practice group.

PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION ORGANISED BY LA FONDATION DES FEMMES: VALENCIA BORGIA, PARTNER AT MEDICI, IS A MEMBER OF THE JURY FOR THE « GISÈLE HALIMI PRIZE »

Valence Borgia, Partner at Medici, is a member of the jury for the "Gisèle Halimi Prize", a public speaking competition organised by la Fondation des Femmes "to denounce sexism through words", alongside Giulia Fois, Julie Gayet, Nathalie Roret, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem and Yseult.

This speech contest, which focuses on women's rights, will be broadcast on Monday 21 December at 8 pm on Facebook.
