The reform of the French arbitration law will be ten years old on 13 January 2021. To celebrate this anniversary, the "Club des Juristes" is organising a conference during which Caroline Duclercq, partner at Medici, will speak about "The contribution and significance of texts and case law since the decree of 13 January 2011", alongside Thomas Clay, Dominique Hascher and Pierre Todorov.
