Caroline Duclercq, partner at Medici, spoke at the 35^th annual congress of the Conférence Internationale des Barreaux (CIB) regarding "Law and Justice Facing Covid-19 Crisis".

This congress, organised in Libreville (Gabon) from 1^st to 3^rd of December 2021, addressed the international impact of the pandemic on freedom, justice and legal security. Caroline Duclercq and her panel discussed about "Justice threatened by Covid-19: the remedies" and more particularly addressed the topic "Online Arbitration: A Model For Civil Justice?”.

The work of the Congress, placed under the authority of Achille Ngwanza, has been collected and published in a book given to all participants.
