Valence Borgia co-organises a competition on the International Chambers of the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal of Paris, alongside with the Paris Place de Droit, the Paris Bar and the Paris Bar School (EFB).

The final of the competition on International Chambers, which was due to take place on 5 November 2020, has been postponed to a date which will be communicated at another time.
Valence Borgia has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Paris Place de Droit, an association of French and international legal practitioners with a common goal: to promote Paris as the international capital of law.

The Medici Lawfirm took the "PLEDGE" for Equal Representation in Arbitration.
In 2015, members of the arbitral community, noting the under-representation of women on international arbitral tribunals, drew up a pledge to take action (the Pledge) to increase, on an equal opportunity basis, the number of women appointed as arbitrators in order to achieve a fair representation as soon practically possible.
Caroline Duclercq and Valence Borgia, partners of the Medici Lawfirm, will speak on behalf of the Pledge at the WEBINAR on "how to choose the right arbitrator for your case", organised by the Paris Bar and the International open commission "International Arbitration" on October 14, 2020.
