Valérie specialises primarily on peri-arbitral litigation, commercial litigation and commercial arbitration.
Prior to joining Medici, Valérie worked in several international arbitration firms in Paris and practiced in the field of commercial arbitration and litigation. Valérie assisted venture capital funds and companies in the technology, science and media sectors in resolving shareholder disputes, disputes between shareholders and directors, as well as in resolving their day-to-day business disputes (breach of contract, unfair competition, termination of commercial relations, product suspensions and merchant account suspensions on online marketplaces).
Valérie holds a master’s degree in International Private Law and International Commercial Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a bachelor's degree in Private Law from the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut.
Valérie is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
