  • Counsel to a group of partners in the context of a dispute with their former partners before the "juge d'appui" in order to oppose the application for the disqualification of an arbitrator already rejected by the centre in charge of the arbitration administration.

ENFORCEMENT OF AWARD

  • Counsel to a Swiss company and a Cameroonian national for the enforcement of two arbitral awards in Paris, Switzerland and Cameroon: bank seizures, third party debtors and trademark seizures;

  • Counsel to a French company for the enforcement in Mauritius of an ICC award in relation to a hostelry management contract for three new-built hotels; 

  • Counsel to an American company for the enforcement of an award issued against a French and Israeli company: exequatur, seizures, conciliation as part of the Covid statutory provisions and negociations of a settlement agreement;
  • Enforcement in France of an arbitral award against French companies operating in the pharmaceutical field.
