CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Based on its strong expertise in construction and engineering, the team has developed a solid experience in contract management. Medici assists its clients at all stages of their construction contracts : drafting, negotiation, works execution, risk management, amicable dispute resolution and preparation of potential arbitration or litigation proceedings.

  • Assisting a French project owner in relation to contract management of a pharmaceutical production plant construction site ; 
  • Assisting a French company in relation to contract management of a hotel industry construction site — FIDIC Yellow Book;
  • Assisting a Spanish company in relation to contract management of viaduc works in Africa — FIDIC Red Book;
  • Assisting a French group in relation to contract management of ports in Africa — FIDIC Yellow Book.
  • As part of her expertise, Caroline Duclercq has founded and directed the Contract Management Certificate since 2024, alongside Mamadou Konaté and Sadjo Ousmanou.
