Medici continues its growth with the arrival of Valérie Kasparian, who has joined the firm as an associate.

Valérie brings a deep legal expertise in peri-arbitral litigation, commercial litigation, and international commercial arbitration. Valérie will play a crucial role in reinforcing our arbitration practice in the Middle East and North Africa region by leveraging her proficiency in the Arabic language and her extensive knowledge of the legal landscape of the MENA region to ensure the highest standards of legal representation.

Prior to joining Medici, Valérie practiced in the fields of commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration. She was involved in complex business disputes and assisted venture capital funds and companies in the technology, science and media sectors in resolving shareholder disputes, disputes between shareholders and directors, as well as in resolving their day-to-day business disputes (breach of contract, unfair competition, termination of commercial relations, product suspensions and merchant account suspensions on online marketplaces).

Valérie is a member of the Paris and Beirut Bars and holds a Master in International Private Law and International Commercial Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Bachelor of Laws from Saint-Joseph University of Beirut.
