Valérie advises in arbitration‑related litigation, commercial disputes, and international arbitration.

Admitted to both the Paris and Beirut Bars, she has an in‑depth understanding of the legal environments of the MENA region and regularly assists clients from that area in complex international disputes involving significant legal and financial stakes.

Valérie frequently appears before French courts, including the International Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal, in matters relating to the annulment, recognition, and enforcement of arbitral awards.

She also assists clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including debt recovery, shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, bondholder litigation, misleading commercial practices, unfair competition, and enforcement measures.

In addition to her litigation practice, Valérie acts in international arbitration and regularly serves as secretary to arbitral tribunals in both institutional and ad hoc proceedings. Her experience spans a broad variety of sectors and procedural settings, including expedited proceedings and emergency arbitration.

Outside her practice, Valérie is committed to promoting the representation of women in the legal profession. She is an active member of the Femmes et Droit and Contenti’elles associations.

Valérie holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Private International Law and International Trade Law from Université Paris II Panthéon‑Assas, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.

She works fluently in French, English, and Arabic.
