Caroline Duclercq, partner of Medici, will speak at the 35th annual congress of the International Conférence internationale des barreaux (CIB) of common legal tradition organized in Libreville, Gabon, by the CIB and the Gabonese Bar and to be held from December 1st to December 3rd, 2021. The Congress will focus on "Law and Justice Facing the Covid-19 Crisis" to reflect on the impact of the pandemic on civil liberties, justice and legal certainty.
Caroline Duclercq will intervene on Thursday, December 2, 2021, in the afternoon, to exchange with her panel on "The Justice Threatened by Covid-19: the Remedies" and, more particularly, on "Online Arbitration: A Model for Civil Justice?"
The work of the congress is placed under the authority of a scientific committee which will gather all the interventions in view of their publication. The book will be distributed to the participants and will be published on the Internet.
